O R D E R

(14th December, 2019) .

The appellant has filed this appeal for enhancement of compensation. Appellant is present and has been duly identified by the learned counsel. Mr. Rahul Kulkarni, officer of the insurance company is present with the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 2 insurance company.

Appellant and respondent No. 2 Insurance company have filed terms of compromise which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Respondent No. 2 insurance company has agreed to pay amount of Rs. 2,30,000/- to the appellant as per the award passed within 60 days before this court from

( 2 ) the date of receipt of copy of award and appellant has admitted the same.

In view of above, award be prepared in terms of compromise as aforesaid.

In view of the settlement in terms of compromise, the civil application/s, if any, stand/s disposed of.

5.

Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant/claimant.
