Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits on instructions that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an application for seeking appointment of a Court Commissioner, if so advised after the recording of oral evidence is concluded in Spl.C.S.No.7/2015.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, as withdrawn. 4.

Needless to state, after the recording of oral evidence is concluded in the suit, if any of the litigating sides desire to file an application for seeking appointment of a Court Commissioner, the khs/JUNE 2019/
