Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

It has been alleged against the applicant that he assaulted the injured with knife and the injured suffered the grievous injuries. The incident appears happened at the spur of the moment when two persons questioned the accused and his friends why they roam in the said lane. The weapon has been recovered. The injured has been discharged. The charge sheet has been submitted. There are no antecedents to the discredit of the applicant. Considering the nature of the incident and the situation in which it happened, it would be

995-BA.2167-22.odt inappropriate to keep the applicant behind bar. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant IBRAHIM @ IBBU IMAM SHAIKH be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.259 of 2022, registered by Police Station Vivekanand Chowk, District Latur, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC, on the conditions not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses and not to enter the place of the incident till the conclusion of the trial.
