An affidavit­in­reply has been presented on behalf of Respondents No.2 and 3, wherein it has been stated that auction notice has already been issued and auction of the property, mentioned in the advertisement, is prescribed on 27th February, 2016. In this view of the matter, since the order has been substantially complied with, Contempt Petition is liable to be disposed of. Delay occurred in publishing auction notice has been explained by Respondents in the affidavit­in­reply. The explanation is accepted. Contempt Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
