When this Court expressed its disinclination to grant any relief in favour of the appellant, learned Advocate for the appellant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the appeal. He further requests that the trial be expedited, as the appellant is in jail since 13.12.2019. 2.

Taking into consideration the fact that the appellant is in jail since 13.12.2019, we direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hingoli to expedite the trial and decide the matter as early as possible.
