The Ah-hoc Committee of the applicant Shree Saibaba Sansthan, Shirdi, by a circulatory resolution No.516 pursuant to Subject No.51 on the agenda, has decided to cover the Open-Air Amphitheatre with a tensile fabric shed on the advise of Architect by floating an E-tender.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), which reads as under :-

13124.24ca (2) "(B) The applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No.516 dtd. 29.08.2024 pursuant to which the Ld. Ad-Hoc Committee have granted approval for issuing E-Tender for erection of shed for covering the Open-Air Amphitheatre & other miscellaneous works for which an estimated amount of Rs.2,93,92,620/- is required to be spent." 4.
