This is an application for condonation of delay of 486 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr Navandar for the applicant and Mr Soman for non applicants no.1 to 4.

The application is opposed by learned Counsel for respondents no.1 to 4 on the ground that no proper reasons are given in the application for condonation of delay.

The averments made in the application are not controverted by the non applicants by filing any reply. The reasons are given that the applicant was not intimated about the order being passed.
