Mr. Dharurkar, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner requires the validity certifcate for admission in the Professional Course and the petitioner is studying in 12th Standard.

The validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending since September 2018. 3.

Considering the fact that the validation proceeding is pending with respondent No.2, the respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law,
