Pertinently, our attention is adverted to a communication addressed by the Deputy Director of Education to the Director of Education dated 31.03.2011. The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that only a direction be issued to the respondent No.3 to take appropriate decision on this communication dated 31.03.2011. 3.

Interestingly, apart from the fact that the communication regarding which the petitioners are seeking a direction is dated 31.03.2011, the petition was filed on 03.12.2018, registered in the year 2020 and is being circulated for the first time today before us. 4.
