The petition has been filed way back in the year 2019 simply seeking a direction to the respondent to furnish the information solicited by him by way of applications dated 18-10-2019 and 20-08-2019.

One wonders, independent of the inaction on the part of the respondent, as to why the petitioner for last 5 years is waiting for a direction by this Court instead of submitting an appropriate application under the Right to Information Act.
