Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties. Perused the impugned Judgment and Award and the grounds of objections raised in exception to the impugned Judgment and Award. In view of the above, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 60% of the deposited amount along with the interest accrued thereon on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

(ii) Balance 40% amount along with the interest accrued thereon be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeal. (iii) Civil Application stands disposed of.
