Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-State.

The role attributed to the applicant is that he assaulted the frst informant with wooden rod. The frst informant received simple injury. The similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail by this Court. In view of that matter, the applicant deserves bail. Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

(i) The bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant Sachin Suresh Bhil, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each with one solvent surety of the like amount each, in Crime No. 408 of 2020, registered with Shahada Police Station, District Nandurbar for the ofences punishable under Sections 302, 307,
