This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to investigate and take action in Crime No. 6 of 2014, registered on 6th January, 2014, as early as possible within a period of four weeks. 3.

This petition was filed by the petitioner on 16th October, 2015. The petition was not circulated for urgent orders, neither the learned counsel for the petitioner did take steps to remove the office objections. Therefore, the efficacy of the prayers in the writ petition has been lost. In case still the investigation is on and the petitioner has any grievance

criwp1605-2015 in that regard, he can approach the Superintendent of Police, Latur. With these observations, the writ petition stands rejected.
