In view of the fact that, the appeal filed by the respondent - Corporation has been dismissed by this Court vide Judgment and order passed on 24.09.2018, I see no difficulty in allowing the present application. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(i) The amount deposited by the respondent - Corporation along with the interest accrued thereon is permitted to be withdrawn by the applicant.

(ii) Civil Application stands disposed of.
