PER COURT :- Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Insurance Company. Perused the impugned Judgment and award and grounds of objection raised in exception to the said Judgment and award. In view of the submissions made and after having gone through the aforesaid documents, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:-

ORDER

I) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

{2} CA 663 OF 2019 II) Balance 25% of the deposited amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeal. II) Civil Application No.663 of 2019 stands disposed of.
