This application is filed by the legal representatives of deceased Ramnath Nanasaheb Turkane, who died on 04.03.2023 before passing of the award dated 07.06.2023. However, the matter was heard and reserved prior to death of deceased Ramnath. Therefore, the applicants could not file application before the Reference Court for bringing heirs on record. Now, the appeal is filed by the legal representatives of deceased Ramnath. 02.
