The applicant / appellant prays for condonation of delay of 69 days occurred in filing this Civil Application praying for setting aside the order of the learned Registrar (J), refusing registration to the Second Appeal for non-removal of office objections.

Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed subject to costs of Rs.500/- to be deposited with Advocates' Bar Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad on/or before 16.3.2018. All office objections shall be removed before the said date. Thereafter the Second Appeal be registered and listed for admission on 23.6.2018. 3.
