Perused the impugned Judgment.

Having regard to the objections, as are raised in exception to the impugned Judgment, I deem it appropriate to pass following order:

ORDER

(I) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount, on submitting undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court. Balance 50% be invested in any Nationalized bank in fixed deposit for the period till disposal of the appeal.

(II) The amount permitted to be withdrawn be remitted to the respective claimants in tune with the order passed by the Tribunal. (III) The Civil Application accordingly stands disposed of. ( P.R. BORA, J. ) vbd
