Mr.Dhakne, learned counsel submits that many representations are filed to the Respondent No.2 with regard to inter-district transfer, more particularly, in view of clause 11(b) of Circular dated 29.9.2011.

Mr.Mali, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that Respondent No.2 would take decision upon the representations filed by the petitioner expeditiously within eight (8) weeks. 4.

In view of the statement made that Respondent No.2 would

take decision about seeking transfer of inter-district on the basis of clause 11(b) of Circular dated 29.9.2011, no further orders are necessary.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
