The State of Maharashtra and ors.
..Respondents -- Mr.V.A.Dhakne, Advocate for petitioner Mr.A.R.Borulkar, AGP for respondent nos.1 and 2 -- CORAM : V.M. KANADE AND SANGITRAO S. PATIL, JJ.
DATE : JANUARY 06, 2017 PER COURT :

2.
The order dated 15.09.2014 of which disobedience is alleged by the petitioner, has been complied with by the respondents and the authority has decided the proposal of the petitioner.
3.
The grievance of the petitioner, however, is that despite deciding the proposal in favour of the petitioner, payment of amount of arrears is

4.
The Contempt Petition, therefore, stands disposed of. Liberty, however, is granted to the petitioner to apply for modification of the order dated 15.09.2014 and seek further directions from the Bench, which passed the order.
