The order dated 28.10.2014 of which disobedience is alleged by the petitioners, has been complied with by the respondents and the authority has decided the proposal of the petitioners.

The grievance of the petitioners, however, is that despite deciding the proposal in favour of the petitioners, payment of amount of

5-CP-3-17 arrears is not made. Perusal of paragraph 6 of the order dated 28.10.2014 indicates that no such direction was given by this Court.

The Contempt Petition, therefore, stands disposed of. Liberty, however, is granted to the petitioners to apply for modification of the order dated 28.10.2014 and seek further directions from the Bench, which passed the order.
