The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the award has been passed. He has no dispute about the amount determined by the Land Acquisition Officer in the award. However, no amount has been released to the petitioners.

The learned A.G.P. submits that proposals for financial sanction has been sent, but there were technical difficulties, hence time is spent. However, she submits that the amount will be released within three months. We accept the request of learned A.G.P. and dispose of this petition by directing the Land Acquisition Officer to secure the compensation amount from the concern within three months and release the same as per the award to the person interested at the earliest.
