By the present application, the applicants pray for stay to the implementation and execution of the judgment and decree dated 05.08.2019, passed by the learned first appellate Court in R.C.A. No.18 of 2015, confirming the judgment and decree dated 03.11.2014 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kopargaon, in R.C.S. No.61 of 2012 (Old Special Civil Suit No. 136 of 2008).

On 18.12.2019, this Court has passed interim order and directed both the parties to maintain status-quo in respect of the land in question.

Since the appeal is admitted on substantial questions of law, the said interim order shall stand continue till decision of the appeal.
