The original respondent No.1 in Writ Petition No.8010 of 2017 has moved this application, stating that his name Pandurang Ranba Sonkamble has been wrongly mentioned as Pandurang Dnyanoba Sonkamble, right from the proceedings before the Labour Court. This error in the father's name was noticed by the applicant only after he had moved the Nazir Section for withdrawal of money as per the leave granted by this Court. He then realized that right from the Labour Court proceedings his father's name is written as Dnyanoba instead of Ranba. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent Zilla Parishad / original petitioner confirms the statement made by the applicant and submits that his father's name is Ranba and not Dnyanoba. He confirms that the said mistake occurred in the proceedings before the Labour Court and hence this application can be allowed.
