The applicant/appellant prays for condonation of delay of 83 days and further prays for quashing the order of the learned Registrar dated 23/08/2017 refusing registration to the second appeal for non removal of office objections.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 83 days is condoned subject to the following conditions :- [a] The applicant shall deposit costs of Rs.2,500/- with the The High Court Legal Services Authority, Sub Committee, Aurangabad on or before 19/01/2018.

[b] All office objections in the second appeal shall be removed on or before 19/01/2018.

[c] After compliance of the above two conditions, the order of the learned Registrar dated 23/08/2017 shall stand quashed, khs/DEC. 2017/15018-d

the second appeal shall be registered and shall be listed for admission on 29/01/2018.
