The learned DSGI has placed on record a brief note received by him, in response to this petition. The same is marked as "X" for identification.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the requisite fees could not be credited online in the account of respondent No.2 due to technological glitches. He prays for liberty to tender a demand draft for the entire amount so as to reach respondent No.2 before 15.01.2023. He would also make

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

The petitioner shall make an effort to credit the requisite fees in the account of Respondent No.2, online. In the event of failing to do so due to any technological problem, the petitioner would ensure that the amount is credited on or before 15.01.2023.

We expect respondent No.2 to take a decision on the proposal of the petitioner on it's own merits, on or before 30.06.2023.
