After this matter was argued for some time, learned counsel for applicant seeks liberty to withdraw this Civil Revision Application but, prays for some directions for expeditious disposal of the main suit itself.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 1 also agrees that direction can be issued for disposal of the main suit in a time bound manner.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Application is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of as withdrawn.
