ORDER:

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, under order dt. 19.05.2007, the petitioner was transferred as Section Officer to Panchayat Samiti, Akole and in place of petitioner one Mr. Gode was transferred. The same was a mutual transfer, however, subsequently the said transfer order is cancelled. It is stated that the said cancellation is on technical ground. Thereafter, reason is given that for some period the transfer could not be effectuated.

We have heard Shri. Shivaji T. Shelke, the learned counsel for respondent No. 3.

It is almost one year, the order of transfer is cancelled. 4.
In case it is permissible then the petitioner along with other candidate may give fresh proposal for mutual transfer. On receipt of the said proposal, the respondent-authority shall take decision on the said proposal during the general transfers.
