The issue in the matter is small one. The petitioner was held to have a certificate of validity by the order of this Court. However, while issuing the certificate the Committee superimposed a stamp with a caption 'Conditional Validity'.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that there was a technical snag which prevented the respondent - Committee from issuing a fresh certificate of validity which has now been overcome and the Committee would issue a fresh certificate of validity provided the earlier one is surrendered.

Mr. Shah, learned advocate for the respondent no.4 - college, on instructions, submits that already pursuant to interim order passed by this Court the petitioner's proposal for his enrolement for the course of MD has been forwarded to the University. 4.

In the light of the above, nothing survives to be considered. Hence, we proceed to pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The respondent no.3 - University shall return the original tribe validity certificate to the petitioner, who shall surrender it before the respondent no.5 - Scrutiny Committee and in turn, the Committee shall issue him a fresh tribe validity certificate which the petitioner shall produce before the University within a week of its receipt from the respondent no.5 - Scrutiny Committee.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
