In view of this and for the reasons stated in the application, delay of 1158 days caused in filing the appeals is hereby condoned.

Pending hearing and final disposal of the first appeals, there shall be stay to the execution, implementation and operation of impugned judgment and award subject to the condition that the applicant shall deposit the entire amount under award, in this Court within a period of twelve weeks from today, failing which the order granting stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.

Civil Applications for condonation of delay and for stay are accordingly disposed of.
