Yesterday i.e. on 21.11.2019 we had asked the learned A.G.P. as to whether the examination as assailed can be postponed on some other date. The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that it is not possible, as further steps are already taken, hall tickets are issued and letter are already given.

In the light of that, it will not be appropriate for us to pass any further order in the matter. It is for the authorities to consider whether it would be feasible for them to change the date of examination, so as not to coincide with the other recruitment of the Municipal Corporation,

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
