Order :- Heard learned counsel for applicant- Acquiring Body and learned counsel for respondents-original claimants. 2.

Perused the applications. In view of reasons mentioned in the applications for restoration of proceedings at its original stage, the applications deserve to be allowed. Accordingly, applications are allowed in terms prayer clause 'B'. The impugned order of dismissal of appeals dated 11-11-2014 for not removing objection within stipulated period passed by learned Registrar stands recalled. The delay caused for filing present applications are hereby condoned. The appeals be restored at it's original stage subject to condition that applicantAcquiring Body shall remove all objections within two weeks, failure to which, present order stands vacated automatically without reference to this Court.
