Heard both sides. The other side has no objection if the civil application No.664 of 2018 is allowed. The parties have arrived at amicable settlement and pursis to that effect is placed on record. In view of above and for the reasons stated in the civil application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of. 2.

In so far as civil application No. 686 of 2018 is concerned, by way of said civil application, the applicant-original appellant seeks leave to delete the name of deceased Hurmatabee w/o Ismail Bagwan, for the reason that her legal heirs are already on record. In view of above and for the reasons stated in the said civil application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of.

Civil application No.652 of 2018 is filed for disposal of the second appeal, as the parties have arrived a compromise and the compromise terms are also verified by the Registrar (Judicial) of this court, as directed. The said compromise is marked "X" for identification. In terms of the aforesaid compromise, second appeal is disposed of. Decree be drawn up accordingly. 4.
