Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The respondent, though served, has not appeared.

I am informed that at both the places i.e. Family Court, Pune and Family Court, Latur there is video conference facility. 3.

In view of the same, it is directed that in the divorce proceedings bearing No. P.A. No. 1278/2023, the applicant is permitted to conduct the proceedings through video conference. The applicant to remain present in Family Court at Latur and the Family Court, Latur will provide V.C. facility to the applicant to appear in above divorce proceedings pending the in Family Court, Pune. Both the Courts to work out the necessary formalities so as to enable the applicant and her advocate to conduct the proceedings from Latur in P.A. No. 1278/2023.

The applicant and her advocate to provide their e-mail address and phone numbers to both the Courts. In the event, the applicant faces any difficulty, liberty is given to the applicant to mention the matter again before this Court.
