Dr. Tawshikar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, after filing the present petition, the petitioner has approached the Chief Executive Officer by making a representation to consider his case for appointment as Headmaster on the available vacant post. The said representation is given on 21.12.2018. 2.

In case the representation filed by the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it in accordance with law, on its own merits and policy, preferably within three months.
