PER COURT :- The petitioner is from ST category. It is submitted that she is the only corporator in the Municipal Council from ST category. The benefits of reservation in rotation can be claimed only if there are three or more corporators. As admittedly, there is only one corporator from ST category, the petitioner cannot seek benefits.
