According to the learned Counsel for applicant, he is appointed through Legal Services Authority to represent the applicant - accused who was an under-trial prisoner. Though the learned A.P.P. pointed out that, applicant has not deposited the fine amount but considering the fact that, he is challenging the impugned judgment from jail. The delay of 163 days stands condoned.

The appeal of the applicant be registered after removal of office objections, if any.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
