The petitioner is in merit list of the selection. Respondent No.7 has already been appointed on the reserved post. This Court granted him conditional validity. However, the petitioner is seeking the relief to expedite the inquiry of reverification of the caste validity. Since the petitioner is in the merit list, we cannot entertain this petition. Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed. 3.
