The petitioner seeks deposit of the amount lying with the Sub Divisional Officer transferred to the Civil Court i.e. Civil Judge Senior Division, Aurangabad. In fact, in 2016 the Civil Judge Senior Division returned the amount to the Sub Divisional Officer. 2.

If the petitioner seeks directions for calling the amount back to the Civil Court, then the petitioner may file an application with the Civil Court for calling the amount back, which application naturally would be considered by the Civil Court after hearing all parties concerned on its own merits.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
