The Petitioner prays that the inquiry proceeding Nos. 772, 773, 774, 775 and 776 of 2021 be decided in a time bound manner.

We are of the view that frstly these proceedings are not too old. Secondly, there are several litigants who are in queue before the Joint Charity Commissioner for seeking a decision on their change reports. Merely because the petitioner has approached this Court would not mean that this Court would grant a special treatment to such Petitioners. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed of.

Pending Change reports would be considered and decided, in queue taking into account their dates of lodging/registration.
