Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for Respondents.

By this Petition, the petitioner seeks direction to Respondent No.2-Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously. It is submitted that the petitioner is retiring soon. Initially, his caste proposal was sent in the year 2013. However, because of the spelling mistake in the Certificate, the same was sent back. For the present his proposal is pending since 2017. 3.

Considering all these facts, the Committee is directed to decide the tribe claim as early as possible and in any case within a period of 3 months from today.
