The implementation, execution and operation of judgment and award dated 15.9.2015, passed by the Member, M.A.C.T. Beed in M.A.C.P. No. 143 of 2013 is hereby stayed to the extent of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lacs only) out of the amount deposited by the respondent-insurer before the Tribunal. It is clarified that, excluding the amount of Rs.2,00,000/-, rest of the amount deposited by the respondent-insurer may be permitted to be withdrawn by the original claimants.
