This court by order dated 11.12.2024 granted interim protection to the applicants. The applicants were directed to remain present before the investigating officer from 13.12.2024 to 15.12.2024, between 10:30 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. and, thereafter, as and when required by the investigating officer. It was also directed that the applicant shall cooperate with the investigation.

It is brought to my notice that the applicants have not cooperated with the investigation and not remained present before the investigating officer.
