Learned Counsel for the applicant upon instructions makes a motion for withdrawal of present application for grant of pre-arrest bail of applicant No.1 Bhagwat. As such, application stands dismissed as withdrawn so far as applicant No.1, Bhagwat is concerned. 3.

So far as applicant No.2 Asaram is concerned, he is seeking prearrest bail in Crime No.173/2015 registered at Majalgaon (Rural) Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 325 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the applicant is that he has assaulted the mother of the complainant by stick.

There is no medical or otherwise any piece of evidence on record to connect applicant No.2 Asaram to the crime in question. In view thereof, it will be appropriate in my opinion to grant ad interim protection to the applicant No.2 Asaram 6.

In the event of his arrest in Crime No.173/2015 registered at Majalgaon (Rural) Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 325 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant No.2 Asaram Rajaram Fulge be released on bail, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

The applicant no.2 Asaram Fulge shall attend the concerned police station on 18th and 19th January 2016 between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer.

Presence of Investigating Officer is dispensed with as the investigation papers are received.
