The Petitioner claims that he is recipient of the District Level Adarsha Shikshak award for the academic year 2016-2017. Exact date on which the award was conferred on him is not set out. Reference is made to the several earlier orders passed by this Court as well as the order of the Honourable Supreme Court dated 13.04.2022 in Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.19730/2021 (The Chief Executive Officer, Nasik Zilla Parishad, Nasik and another vs. Nitin Dattatray Pawar and others), by which, it is concluded that those who were conferred

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the direction to Respondent Nos.2 to 5 to verify from the records as to whether, the Petitioner is entitled for monetary benefits considering the Government Resolution dated 04.09.2018 and based on his eligibility, appropriate steps be initiated within a period of 90 days from today. kps (Y.
