Learned Additional Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent. 2] This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing Review Application. The delay is of 628 days. It is submitted that the order of this Court passed in Writ Petition was assailed before the Apex Court. The Special Leave Petition was summarily dismissed and thereafter the present Review Application is filed. 3] The learned Additional Government Pleader states that no plausible reason is forthcoming for such an inordinate delay.

ca677-17 -24] It appears that after this Court passed order in Writ Petition 217/2015 on 24/2/2015, the petitioner had approached Apex Court by filing Special Leave Petition. The said S.L.P. came to be dismissed under order dated 7/10/2016 and thereafter the present Review Application is filed.

5] Considering above, Civil Application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
