DATED : 5th DECEMBER, 2018 Order :- Learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions received from respondent No.2 - committee submits that, the tribe claim of the petitioner will be decided as expeditiously as possible within one year from today.

In that view of the matter, respondent No.3 shall not take any adverse/coercive action against the petitioner on the ground of nonsubmission of tribe validity certificate for one year from today or till the tribe claim of the petitioner is decided by respondent No.2 scrutiny committee, which ever occurs first.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.
