The applicant no.3 is claiming withdrawal of amount of compensation falling to his share as per the judgment and award dated 08.12.2014, passed by the learned Tribunal in M.A.C.P. No. 07 of 2011. The aforesaid award has been confrmed by this Court. Further, it appears that applicants no.1 and 2 have already withdrawn their shares. The applicant no.3 has now attained majority.
