In respect of same impugned judgment, MIDC has fled appeals. Considering the said fact as well as for the reasons stated in the application, application deserves to be allowed. Hence, delay occurred in presenting the appeal stands condoned. Appeal be registered.

It is made clear that the applicant shall not be entitled to claim interest on the enhanced amount of compensation, if any, from the date of passing of the impugned judgment till the date of registration of the appeal.
