Pleader , appearing for the State, on instructions received from the office of respondent No.2 makes a statement that the appeals filed by petitioners challenging the order of SDO, thereby refusing to issue tribe certificate, will be decided within four weeks from today.

2] In the light of the statement made by learned Additional Govt. Pleader appearing for respondent No.2 nothing further survives for consideration.

3] We hope and expect that the respondent No.2 will decide the said appeals, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within four weeks from today.

4] With the above observations, writ petitions stand disposed of.
